The surface of platinum, gold and silver jewellery can become dulled as a result of contact with these substances. Prongs and clasps can result in the loss of a stone or an entire piece of jewellery. For this reason, we recommend that all of your jewellery pieces should be expertly checked regularly.

Follow these tips to ensure your jewellery stays at its best:
- Remove rings when working with your hands, such as gardening or heavy housework.
- Store each item of jewellery separately to prevent scratching with other pieces.
- Clean your diamonds on a regular basis. We have on offer cleaning products that you can purchase to keep up the brilliance of your stones at home, however this does not take precedence over a professional clean.
- We recommended at least a once a year professional clean of all your jewellery pieces. Our staff is knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of jewellery care, including cleaning gemstones, restringing pearls and repairing clasps and earring backs.
