We deliver our products using [shipping company]. Crown Family Jewellers offer free delivery on all orders over $150 AUD. Orders under $150 AUD will be charged a flat rate of $25 AUD and will be added to the order total before checkout.

If your order is in stock, Crown Family Jewellers will dispatch your order within 3-7 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between (x) and (y) business days, depending on your location.

If your order is a custom make allow our Jewellers 6-8 weeks to complete and ship. Sourcing rare gemstones can delay a custom make. We will endeavour to advise if your order will be delayed.

When your order is shipped, we will send an email with the tracking number. Simply follow the link in the email to track delivery of your parcel.

From this website you can make purchases for delivery to Australian postal addresses. We require correct and complete addresses, including a company name where necessary, and at least one contact telephone number.

At this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website. Please contact us on +61 7 3350 5399 to enquire about a special order.

We have a 12 month warranty for all products for manufacturing faults.  This does not cover everyday wear and tear or misuse of an item.

We will ensure your purchase arrives safely to your door. This requires a secure address to send your purchase and signature on arrival.

If your item is above $1,000 we encourage you to insure your new purchase with your home insurance or separately.

We will provide a Certificate of Purchase for all Purchases of $500 or more.

Purchases of $5000 or more will include either a Valuation Certificate and or Certification Certificate.
