These Terms and Conditions apply to goods and services purchased through any Crown Family Jewellers store or the website as well as governing the use of this website.
Crown Family Jewellers reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
Exchanges are at the discretion of Crown Family Jewellers management. All item for exchange must be in store condition.
Exchanges must be accompanied with the tax invoice and correct packaging in store condition.
No refunds are permitted if you change your mind. Store credits to the same value as the original purchase price will be issued. These can be used to purchase items to the same value or greater value.
Deposits are not transferable.
Store warranties are for manufacturing faults only. We do not accept responsibility for normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
Any exercise on importation is the responsibility of the client.
Custom Makes and Orders
No refunds. Exchanges or store credits permitted on Custom makes/orders if you change your mind.
Custom Makes and orders must be paid in full when ordered.
It is the responsibility to check all details on the custom make/orders are correct on the invoice.
No cancellations are acceptable on custom makes/orders.
Orders will not proceed until paid in full. This may also delay delivery times.
The Crown Family professional qualified Jewellers will take all due care possible with your jewellery and gemstones. However, there is always a very small risk when setting and unsetting stones, they could chip or break. There is also the possibility of existing damage which is unforeseen in the settings.
Any visible damage/marks on your items must be noted on this invoice at the time of the order. If you are supplying your own jewellery or gemstones for work to be completed, please be aware Crown Family Jewellers will not be responsible for providing compensation in cases of loss or damage.
Rings will be supplied in the size/s requested by clients.
Changes thereafter will be at expense of the client.
Sales consultants are not responsible for choosing finger sizes for clients regardless of their advice.
Note: Some rings cannot be resized and all rings have size limitations. Any complimentary resizing/warranty services must be returned with proof of purchase.
Once items have been altered, engraved or resized, exchanges will not be permitted, unless faulty.
All white gold jewellery is usually rhodium plated to enhance the whiteness of the gold.
Rhodium plating wears off over time and will generally last up to twelve months on a ring, if care is taken by the owner.
We recommend having your white gold jewellery rhodium plated by our jeweller, to maintain the whiteness of the metal.
All prices shown on this website are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST at the time of purchase. Prices may differ for the same good or service that is purchased at one of our stores.
